Data base & Registration

Zenersol Solutions has developed a comprehensive customer Registration and Billing system for utility services. The system maintains and updates a database of customers, be it Owners or Tenants who utilise the utility service.

Included in Registration Services is the management of a Security Deposit Regime involving deposits and refunds. The system is in compliance with the Regulatory and Supervisory Bureau for Electricity and Water regulation.

All receivables will go to dedicated property bank accounts and a comprehensive list of Security Deposits held will be maintained with any movements in the Security Deposits included in the Monthly Billing and Collection Reports.

Meter Read

Meter Reads, for Billing purposes, are obtained either from the data collector (M-Bus Master) within BTU metering system or directly from the BTU Meters.

Zenersol provides a monitoring role to identify any technical issues with meters and data collectors.

When any technical issues are identified, Zenersol can assist with the engagement and monitoring of a suitably qualified and experienced resource, including meter and M-Bus manufacturers to resolve any issues.

Billing Solution

Zenersol has in conjunction with an Apple Consultant, developed its own comprehensive billing software providing a complete utility billing solution.

The billing services can be as flexible as is necessary to meet the property requirements.

Collection Solution

Zenersol Solutions, provides a complete and flexible billing and collection service tailored to the unique needs of developers, property managers, and Owners Association Managers (OAMs) requirements.

It offers flexible collection management—either working with client-managed bank accounts or handling collections directly through secure, dual-signatory property bank accounts with reputable and recognized banking institutions.

Each project receives a detailed monthly reports covering billing, collections, disbursements, security deposits, and outstanding payments.

Customer Service

Zenersol Solutions' Customer Service Charter is guided by Executive Council Resolution No. 6 of 2021 for District Cooling Services in Dubai. It governs how customer disputes are handled between the Permit Holder, Customers, and Billing Agent in line with regulatory procedures approved by the RSB.

Reporting

Zenersol produces periodic detailed Billing and Collections reports, providing information on Unit wise billing, collections, fees and proposed disbursements.

The design of these reports has developed over a number of years taking account of individual Owners Association Managers and Developers requirements.

Other specific reporting requirements are also provided.

Also included in the reports are updated Security Deposit schedules providing information on new deposits, refunds and overall balance.

Disbursements are made after approval of the authority appointed to approve disbursement, this would be the Owners Association Manager or property developer.
